Shani Watson drives measurable results by planning, organizing and leading projects from ideation through to completion, while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

After spending nearly a decade working in marketing and advertising for multimillion dollar brands and startups, Shani knows what truly drives conversions, efficiency and performance —and it’s not simply tracking the schedule. It’s how well you connect with your team and client and communicate solutions back to them that solve big challenges. 

Shani has managed projects around the world, for Macy’s, GE, Doritos, AARP and The Ad Council. Her work has been featured in AdAge, Webby Awards, Shorty Awards and Digiday Awards. In addition to her extensive project management experience, Shani is a trained business coach.

Shani holds a BA in communications from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
